The house has two bedrooms and bedding consists of a double bed with pillows and a queen size duvet in each room. Open plan living, kitchen, dining. Separate shower, toilet, bathroom, laundry. Deck with electric bbq and outdoor table. The kitchen has electric cooking with a sliding door to the deck. The dining area also has a sliding door to the deck.

You must supply your own wood for the coonara. There is a reverse cycle heating & cooling split system on the wall in the open plan area.

There is a DVD player, wall mounted TV, radio and basic pantry items.

No pets or schoolies. No parties.

Downstairs section of house is separate and NOT available for rent.

Perfect beach getaway on the bellarine close to the beach and town centre.

HIGH SEASON -$950 week or $200 per night.

LOW SEASON - $700 per week or $150 per night.

High season applies from:

Friday 15th December 2017 to Thursday 1st February 2018.

Minimum 7 nights stay

Thursday 29th March 2018 to Sunday 15th April 2018.

All long weekends - Minimum 3 nights stay.

All other periods are charged at low season rate minimum 2 night stay.

A booking service fee of $20.00 applies to every booking

Linen is not supplied therefore you must bring your own sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, Towels, beach, bath and tea towels, bathmat etc or alternatively hire all bed linen (except doona covers) through our office.
